Data Deletion Instructions

Introduction

This page explains how to delete your drammr account data. The in-app account deletion flow is the primary method for removing your data from drammr.

Delete Your Data in the App

If you have access to your drammr account, delete your data using the mobile app:

Open the drammr app and go to Settings.

Select Privacy.

Tap Delete account.

Review the deletion details and confirm the request.

What Happens After Deletion

When your account deletion request is processed, Marshall Spirits, Ltd. deletes your personal data and removes access to your account. Some community content is retained in anonymised form to preserve the integrity of existing conversations and dram history.

Data that is deleted

Your profile data, including your email address, display name, bio, and account record

Profile photos and dram photos associated with your account

Follow relationships and likes associated with your account

Your notification records and device tokens

Feedback and support submissions linked to your account

Owner-only hidden dram location references

Content that is anonymised

Drams you created remain in the service with your identity and selected location references removed

Comments you posted remain in the service with your identity removed
